Celebrate LaCage's 40th Anniversary & enjoy this amazing artistic endeavor. Guests will enjoy performances by our Queens, a tribute to Tempest Heat, hors d'Oeuvres , signature cocktails, silent auction items and dancing all night at LaCage. The elegance will be unmatched, and the party will be vibrant and meaningful while the proceeds go to the non-profits Edessa School of Fashion and Courage MKE.
Behind the Queen - an artistic endeavor captured on 35mm B/W film by Leonardt Horák – delves into the transformative journeys of three drag queens: Dita Von, Melee Queen and the late Tempest Heat.

What a great way to Celebrate LaCage's Nite Club 40th Anniversary then by seeing the musical that inspired its name.
After 20 years of partnered bliss, Georges and Albin, two men partnered for better or worse, get a bit of both when Georges' son (fathered during a one-night fling) announces his impending marriage to the daughter of a bigoted, right-wing politician. Further complicating the situation is the "family business": Albin and Georges run a drag nightclub in St. Tropez, where Albin is the star performer, "Zaza." Georges reluctantly agrees to masquerade as "normal" when he meets the family of the bride-to-be. But Albin has other plans, with hilarious results.
