Ever wondered what it’s like to DJ a real club?

This night is built for amateur DJs — bedroom, basement, bathroom DJs welcome. No résumés. No gatekeeping. Just cliché-less sets and creative vibes.

We’re revamping Wednesday nights by giving new DJs real room to shine — and real opportunity to grow.

• DJs play 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM • Nights that are hitting may continue until 2:00 AM

We’re not chasing predictable playlists.

To be considered, DJs must submit a creative 30-minute DJ set that represents their style. This is how we select DJs for the night.

Creativity over clichés wins every time.

This is a judgeless competition… sort of.

No judges. No scorecards.

The crowd decides. The bar decides.

Energy, engagement, and sales determine who moves forward.

• Each month, the DJ who moves the room earns a paid Friday night set • The last Friday of every month is reserved for the top amateur DJ • The first Friday winner performs the last Friday in March • Strong DJs may be invited back to work toward a residency

• A live DJ set at LaCage • A $50 LaCage gift card to use on their DJ night

DJs must bring their own equipment.

LaCage provides: • XLR output • Monitor connections: XLR, RCA, and ¼″
